1/ Open AI Launches ChatGPT Enterprise

OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT Enterprise, a more advanced and customizable version of its popular AI chatbot designed for businesses. The enterprise version offers faster performance and no usage caps. While pricing details are not public, the new offering aims to engage with large teams and help them integrate AI solutions into their operations.

2/ OpenAI currently on pace to generate more than $1 billion in revenue

OpenAI is on a financial rocket ride, going from $28 million in revenue last year to a projected $1 billion over the next 12 months. Most of this cash flow comes from their ChatGPT service and selling API access to their AI models. A hefty $10 billion investment from Microsoft is the cherry on top. Quite the turnaround!

3/ UAE launches Arabic large language model in Gulf push into Gen AI

The UAE is stepping into the AI big leagues with "Jais," a top-notch, bilingual language model aimed at the world's 400 million Arabic speakers. It’s open-source and can be downloaded on Hugging Face. Jais is designed to outperform existing models in Arabic language tasks with the previously released Falcon model from the same team in UAE topping open-source charts for a while. But critics worry the technology could be misused by the region's autocratic rulers.
